Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team at Shri Consultancy Services. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and ensuring smooth sales operations. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in handling purchase orders and managing logistics is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and highly organized
• Customer-focused and ability to build strong relationships

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in achieving their targets by coordinating sales activities
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue
• Manage and update customer databases with sales-related information
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to track sales performance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints from customers
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely deliveries
• Assist in preparing and following up on purchase orders
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the sales team
