We are looking for:
- As we extend the capabilities of our team focusing on digital transformation within the Research and Innovation scope, we are in search of a dedicated Service Delivery Specialist to join the Connected Research Service Delivery team within the IT department.
We count on you for:
- Ensure alignment of service component levels and business expectations to drive a smooth running of the services, being committed to understanding and achieving appropriate support SLA's.
- Resolve unique or complex problems.
- Coordinate with IT partners and suppliers.
- Provide advice and expertise on IS matters leading technical aspects in product squad teams.
- Define the targets and monitor the service level performances of the service and its contributors.
- Maintain knowledge (functional & technical) about the service.
- Drive continuous service improvement.
- Introduce innovations, taking a broad and medium-term perspective.
- Product development and roll-out:- LIMS, inventory and chemistry modules from the Agilab system.- Sustainability applications (Product Carbon Footprint, Sustainability Portfolio Management, Life-Cycle Analysis) and workflows
- Services operations:- End-user support,- Maintain relationships with suppliers and internal DT stakeholders,- Operational excellence and reporting- Support service plan, related budget /cost and licenses management.
- Represent the service across the organization
- Own the end-to-end delivery and performances all along its lifecycle
- Define and document the components of the service and the interactions with other services
- Guarantee compliance
- Arbitration of service evolutions
- Prepare the service security and continuity plans, conduct risk assessment

You will bring:
- 5+ years of experience.
- Experience in an innovative, science-driven working environment.
- Understanding of technologies related to laboratories and research activities.
- Experience in delivering and maintaining IT solutions.
- Experience in Sustainability topics (product carbon footprint) is an asset.
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Safe, PI Planning, Agile delivery, etc.) is preferred.
- Ability to recognize problems, develop solutions, and communicate effectively.
- Team spirit with collective accountability.
