Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations in the sales department. This is a full-time position with a junior level requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing and organizing client meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and updates to the sales team and management
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
- Maintain and update the customer database with relevant information
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns
- Coordinate with the technical sales team to understand product specifications and requirements
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as managing calendars and travel arrangements
