Your focus will be on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and approach potential FMCG clients to introduce ElasticRun's services.
- Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and secure new business.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing FMCG clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on FMCG market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the team on market dynamics and potential opportunities.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of ElasticRun's FMCG services and offerings.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management review
