The person would be responsible for overall client relationship management across various stakeholders
- Work closely with Relationship Partner and create a account plan, client stakeholder mapping and strategize our approach and management of the client
- Be a bridge between the client and client servicing team and ensure that the delivery of the project is as per client satisfaction
- Ensure periodic feedback and high client satisfaction score
- Create leads and enhance the share of the wallet
- Set sales targets and ensure to achieve them
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements
- Understand the competition and devise our strategy accordingly
