Sales And Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative with a passion for the trucking industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, increasing market share, and enhancing the overall visibility of our trucking services. This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute effective Sales and Marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of the trucking industry.

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Analyze market data to develop targeted strategies for business growth.

Sales Development:Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the trucking and logistics industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Marketing Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our trucking services.
Create engaging content for various platforms, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.

Customer Engagement:Provide excellent customer service to existing clients and address their needs promptly.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.

Brand Promotion:Enhance brand visibility by participating in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Develop and maintain promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.

Performance Metrics:Track and report on key performance indicators, including sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Adjust strategies based on performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the trucking or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of the trucking services market and industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Any degree , Marketing, or a related field.
