- We deliver fiction entertainment via our products across the advertiser led (AVOD / free content) and subscriber led (SVOD / OTT) landscape. Roles & Responsibilities. Craft and implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue


- Conduct thorough research and analysis of the latest industry developments and trends.. Generate regular monthly and quarterly performance reports, leveraging marketing attribution and measurement platforms to showcase our growth and marketing effectiveness.. Budget planning, management, allocation and strategic inputs on all Marketing Campaigns adcopy ideas, creative suggestions, deciding best bid strategies


- Develop a demand generation strategy employing content marketing, organic growth strategies, partner marketing, and paid acquisition.. Build new marketing levers from the ground up, swiftly operationalizing top-performing strategies into sustainable programs


- Utilize metrics across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral stages to inform marketing decisions.. Deliver on ROI, Revenue & Retention on all digital performance marketing channels.. Demonstrated experience in planning, launching, and scaling paid acquisition campaigns resulting in customer acquisition, conversion, retention and managing marketing funnels through targeted paid media, affiliate marketing, SEM, and other channels.


- Work closely with the marketing, product, sales, and tech teams to drive growth initiatives and optimize user funnel and collaborate with external partners and agencies to supplement internal growth efforts and achieve business objectives.. Test, experiment, identify, and diversify the channel mix to maximize return on investment


- Qualification. 5+ years of content marketing experience, with preference of experience with working with US geography


- Experience in gaming acquisition in fast paced growth startups (B2C only) will be preferred.. Postgraduate / Graduate from Tier 1 college.. Hands-on experience with performance marketing, advertising analytics, and reporting


- Experience within an in-house tech company, preferably in a startup environment or a digital marketing agency


- Playing strategic role in the management and collaborating with the ability to thrive in a crossfunctional and remote global team environment


- Experience in analyzing customer data and product usage patterns to identify growth opportunities


- Expertise in paid campaign management, including owning and optimizing marketing funnels, enhancing landing pages, maximizing conversion rates, and revenue potential.


- Acquisition expertise with strong knowledge and experience in Growth Marketing, paid acquisition, and partner marketing.


- Comfortable synthesizing diverse data and insights into a clear growth plan.


- Open to experimentation and testing new campaign ideas


- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration internally and externally with stakeholders like partners and clients.


- Strong work ethic, highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team to meet tight deadlines
