Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing (B2C), digital marketing, or performance marketing roles, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth through digital marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for experimentation and optimization.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven Growth Marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEM, SEO, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Lead branding initiatives to establish and maintain a strong brand identity and presence in the market.
- Develop compelling content strategies and oversee the creation of high-quality content assets including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and more.
- Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys to improve key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and user behavior using analytics tools to identify insights and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and design to drive alignment and support product-led growth initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Growth Marketing, branding, and content marketing.
