Job Title: Business Head( Automobile)


Experience: 15+ years in Automobile Sales


Location: Lucknow


Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Automobile Business Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in automobile sales, with a deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer needs. As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Leadership:


   - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.


   - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.


2. Team Management:


   - Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance sales team.


   - Set clear goals and performance expectations for the sales team.


   - Provide mentorship, guidance, and regular feedback to enhance team performance.


3. Customer Relationship Management:


   - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealerships, and industry partners.


   - Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.


4. Sales Operations:


   - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department.


   - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.


   - Implement efficient sales processes and systems.


5. Market Expansion:


   - Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.


   - Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new segments and increase market share.


6. Product Knowledge:


   - Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and technologies in the automotive industry.


   - Ensure that the sales team is well-informed and knowledgeable about the products and services offered.


7. Budget Management:


   - Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.


   - Monitor expenses and revenue to ensure profitability.


8. Collaboration:


   - Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure a coordinated approach to business objectives.


   - Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to optimize product availability and pricing.


 Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


- Proven experience of 15+ years in automobile sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role with good approach


- Strong leadership and team management skills.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.


- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.


- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
