Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 15+ years in automobile sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role with good approach
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
