Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Experience Officer (CXO)/Business Head to lead our Steel Manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence in line with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and industry trends to capitalize on emerging markets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and enhance operational efficiency.
Business Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market share and increase profitability.
- Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships to support company growth objectives.
Operational Excellence :
- Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
Financial Management :
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with finance and accounting teams.
- Monitor financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement measures to enhance profitability and maximize return on investment (ROI) for the Steel Manufacturing division.
Leadership and Team Development :
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Recruit, train, and develop talent to build a high-performing and motivated workforce.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning to drive employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of leadership in the Steel Manufacturing industry, with at least 15-28 years of progressive experience in senior management roles.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability, with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and industry best practices.
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
