Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Specialist to drive our expansion efforts across various fronts in the fashion retail space. The Growth Specialist will be responsible for analyzing data, implementing growth hacking strategies, managing sales projects, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in online fashion and. retail, with a knack for strategic growth initiatives and market expansion.
Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify and explore new databases of online customers in India to expand our customer base and market reach.
Retail Expansion: Strategize and execute plans for opening exclusive brand outlets across key cities in India, ensuring brand visibility and market penetration.
Product Diversification: Collaborate with the product team to add new categories to our offerings, keeping abreast of market trends and customer preferences.
International Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to reach and sell our products to customers in international markets, such as the USA and UAE, leveraging online platforms and market insights.
Requirements
Proven experience in driving growth initiatives in the online fashion and retail sector.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior in India and international markets.
Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with a focus on results-driven outcomes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market trends.
