Designation:Retail Assets - LAS and EL- Sales Officer
Position description:
To acquire clients & constant engagement with the branches for lead generation and provide adequate support to the branchPrimary Responsibilities:
- Branch Visit & Engagement:
- Visit and manage the branches as assigned
- Constantly engage with the RM, PB and other Branch staff to ensure maximum lead generation
- Attend and ensure timely closure of the leads generated
- Documentation collection and file login at Local Ops/RAOPS
- Providing prompt service for any customer queries Pre and Post sales
- Create LAS product awareness & Lead generation through various marketing activities like Pamphlet distribution through LAS Camps in Corporates, Loan Melas /carnival
- Cross-Sell:
- Cross sell of Asset and Liability: CASA & Fixed Deposit
- Cross sell TPP products: Life and Non - Life Insurance
- FTNR:
- Login FTR files at Local Ops/RAOPS
- Follow up with the Local Ops/RAOPS and ensure all cases are disbursed timely and not screwed towards the end of the month
Additional Responsibilities:
- Any other task assigned by seniors from time to time.

- Industry: BFSI/Insurance
- Role: Fresher/Sales
- Years of experience: 1 to 3
