Senior Sales Officer

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. As the Senior Sales Officer, you will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the real estate industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, sales presentations, and proposals.
• Lead and coordinate sales efforts, including managing a team of sales executives and providing guidance and support.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to effectively position the company in the market.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the senior management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Valid driver's license.
