Responsibilities:
- B2C sales of Mutual fund products
- Generate new leads
- Maintain existing customers
- Understanding customer needs.
- Cultivating profitable relationships.
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Upselling and cross-selling.
- Promoting high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes.
- Liaising with internal teams.
- Acting as a backup RM.
- Assisting in client acquisition.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge
