- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Preparing and delivering sales pitches and presentations to potential new customer and old customers
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Monitor industry news & competitors Information grab potential opportunities.
- Identify new opportunities to increase sales and develop effective communication.
- Lead negotiation with potential clients
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
- Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, promotion campaign & events etc.) to create sales opportunities.
- Maintaining client activities in CNSM
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
- Developing rapport with key decision makers
- Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
- Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings with dealer & customer
- Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
- New business development & maintain current customer relationship.
- Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
- Assist to RSM to facilitate the sales processes in regions.
- Regular visit to customers and order collection, Confirmation & report to NSM.
- In time collection of AR from dealers as assigned by NSM.
- Check with customer for channel inventory issue and help to accomplish POG sales and report weekly POG to NSM and NMM for possible new order (weekly).
- Help NSM for collection both fresh due & overdue. ( If necessary lead sue & court case)
- Execute the dealer & sub-dealer training and assist retailer/ Key-Farmer Webinar activities.
- Product Demonstration (Pexalon, Ferterra, Nomineegold, Kasumin, Prevathon,Torac, Fego, Goldplus, Marshal etc- 6 major product. Conduct Demo and Execute Field-day activities.
- Regular Farmer field visits.
- Support dealer expansion plan.
- Support sales campaign and sub-dealer meetings.
- Conduct assigned techno trials in region.
- Help PD Team to conduct trials in region.
- Help Digital marketing team via Farmer testimonial video clips.
- Always contact with dealer shops and give update feedback of the famers to dealers.
- Always keep contact with Asst; Regional Manager and report for every marketing activities and market insights.
- Execute the dealer expansion plan in assigned area.
- Increase the member of region-wise NSM Viber Group.
- Conduct ProNutiva concept demo in regions.
- Conduct Sub-dealer level sales campaign.
- Train & manage to team.
- Review, monitor & action on team performance.
- Control & Manage O/H
