Senior Manager-Compensation and Benefits


Recykal is looking out for a Senior Manager-Compensation & Benefits with an experience of about 6-8 years.
The Senior Manager-Compensation & Benefits at Recykal acts as a Consultant or Owner for Strategic HR Initiatives to the Business. The Comp&Ben helps businesses generate value, drive Organizational outcomes by understanding business priorities and driving people initiatives.
Role And Responsibilities:
Compensation:
- Lead the rewards COE to ensure alignment with global directives and philosophy.
- Develop benefits, perks, and allowances based on internal bands and grades, regularly reviewing to maintain attractiveness.
- Serve as a compensation advisor to leaders, aligning programs with business goals and supporting talent initiatives.
- Conduct analysis of compensation programs for internal equity, external market competitiveness, and legal compliance.
- Monitor government regulations, legislation, and market trends.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in compensation and benefits and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the company's offerings in the region
- Coordinate projects to streamline administrative processes associated with Compensation and Benefits.
- Lead the payroll team to ensure processes are operating smoothly.
Benefits:
- Manage the implementation and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure that our benefits offerings are competitive within the local market and industry standard.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation and industry best practices to ensure compliance with local, state, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain operational excellence and relationships with benefits vendors and service providers, including insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators.
- Generate regular reports for management to track key metrics and make informed decisions.
- Manage global Paid Holiday calendar, work with teams to approve and post on relevant platforms.
- Manage Benefits broadcasting i.e. emails, webinars, arranging support with AV teams, maintaining and coordinating calendars of Benefits events.
HR Budget:
- Manage HR budgets (AOP), including manpower planning, ensuring control through ongoing budget tracking.
- Establish governance and effective control mechanisms across HR lifecycle processes and policies.
HR Management:
- Supervise the existing HRMS system, suggesting enhancements as per business needs.
- Manage next-generation employee engagement applications and devise adoption and engagement mechanisms.
Data Management & HR Analytics:
- Manage employee master data, create process mechanisms for stakeholder awareness, and ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze people data to produce HR-focused analytics dashboards and meaningful insights.
- Conduct productivity and compensation analyses.
Ideal Candidate would have:
- Understanding of compensation fundamentals such as reviewing job leveling, global salary surveys (specifically AON Radford or Mercer Comptryx), analyzing large amounts of data using Excel or G-sheets.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities, with the ability to develop HR strategies that support overarching company goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Experience designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs in a Start-up or global organization preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, tax regulations, and market compensation practices.
- Hands-on team player with strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated success in a dynamic, fast-paced and frequently changing environment.
- A consummate team player who builds highly effective professional relationships and can effectively work with and communicate across multiple levels and functions of the organization.
- Strong work ethic; Holds self and others accountable for achieving required outcomes.
- Able to quickly learn a company's priorities and translate them into actionable solutions.

Qualification:
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.
- 6-8 years of experience in C&B role in a multinational environment/Start-ups
