To handle the entire Recruitment life cycle, which is a complete process of recruitment.
A Full Life-Cycle Recruiter manages the entire recruitment process, initiating it by posting a job, procuring and screening candidate resumes, interviewing candidates, and extending formal offers, taking care of the Negotiations and making sure they close the position as well.
Identification and understanding the requirement (JD)
Applying the sources of recruitment like Portals, References, Headhunting etc.
Screening and Short listing the candidates
Coordinating with the Client and GPING ON DBRIEF CALLS
Taking the feedback from the Client
Accordingly, making offers and closing the positions
Candidate experience in Banking/bfsi domain is a must.
Skills Required:
Ability to meet stiff targets within defined timeline
Experience of handling PAN India requirements
Ability to understand the sense of urgency, handle pressure & deliver within defined timeline
Good at handling multiple open positions & prioritizing the work accordingly
Team Player
Experience of working with Staffing / Consulting highly preferred
