Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Supervisor who will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations. The Assistant Supervisor will oversee and coordinate activities of associates engaged in handling customer inquiries and complaints. He/She will ensure adherence to policies and procedures created by the company.
