Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming patients on the telephone and in-person visitors and answering patient inquires. Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Marathi.
2. Scheduling appointments for patients.
3. Maintaining records and accounts of patients.
4. Assisting patients in filling medical forms.
5. Handling cash transactions and processing different payments for patients.
6. Transcribing physician notes.
7. Answering multi-line phone and transferring calls to direct and departments.
8. Maintaining the confidentiality of patient and doctor's information.
9. Preparing customer bills and specimen labels for the next day's patient.
10. Ensuring maintenance of the reception area
