You will be responsible for: 1. Responsible for Quality systems of the existing process. 2. Conducts QC & Call monitoring basis the designed SOP across the projects identified and aligned. 3. Provides feedback to the team in regular intervals and document the same in emails and CAPA trackers. 4. Identifies training needs and proposes / execute the training programs to the team basis their area of improvement. 5. Creating and reviewing the SOP’s 6. Ability to learn new process and monitor its implementation in the team 7. Suggest process changes for improvement and follow up & monitor its execution. 8. Prepare the required reports and present it during reviews 9. Manages the CAPA tracker.

Your impact:
About you: Life science background with product knowledge and overall experience of 5 years, preferably MICC.
Must have: 1. Strong documentation skills 2. Exposure to audits and support the team from audit readiness perspective. 3. SOP creation and management 4. Knows the process of quality checks, execute the QC and report presentation. 5. CAPA management
