Your Role
- Create and implement QA Plan for projects
- Manage SQA activities across Aptiv sites
- Support teams in establishing Automotive SPICE and Aptiv compliant processes/tools
- Develop and track project-specific corrective action plans for non-conformance issues
- Drive and participate in work product reviews for compliance with Aptiv and Automotive SPICE standards
- Report project quality status using Software KPI metrics
- Support Quality Gates and Releases for quality assessment
- Interface with customers on software/system quality topics
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- Very good knowledge in Automotive SPICE and quality assurance methods.
- #EXP[7-10]
- Very good knowledge in software/system development processes and methodologies in automotive area and Agile
- 7-10 years of working experience in software development
- Good knowledge of project management methods
- Very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
