Operational since 2015, we are headquartered in Singapore, with a growing presence in Dubai, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Hong Kong and China.
Our end-to-end Digital Wealth Platform offers solutions to Banks & other financial institutions. The plug and play online platform is used by Banks to offer more online investment options to their retail customer base and strengthen the proposition for HNIs and Private Banking clientele.
WeInvest provides an end-to-end Digital Wealth Management Platform through our four product lines:
GROWWEALTH - WeInvest Robo-advisor, Asias first B2B2C Robo-advisory platform. It is a completely online user experience to invest in goals that support multiple asset classes, currencies, theme-based investing & brokers/custodians.
ADVISEWEALTH - RM enabled Robo-Advisory for affluent clients. It is a tool that enables Relationship Managers to get a holistic view of their portfolio and precision-service their clients. It enhances RM productivity and offers a superior user experience while reducing operational cost.
TRACKWEALTH - South East Asia's first AUTOMATED Aggregation solution. It automatically Aggregates accounts across banks, brokerages, wealth portfolios for emerging affluents to HNIs. It gives a bank/institution enormous data intelligence to be able to service and cross-sell more effectively & efficiently.
STRATEGY MARKETPLACE - Our Marketplace offers a suite of pre-tested and validated portfolios from some of the most trusted and renowned global investment managers. The service allows for a plug-and-play capability for banks and financial institutions to leverage the most effective strategies that address the varied investment needs of their client groups.
Key responsibilities for this role include: Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop and execute Performance Test scripts using open source tools
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
Perform thorough Performance testing.
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
Monitor debugging process results
Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
The ideal candidate will have: Work with development teams across product verticals to own the rollout of a Performance Testing framework by using appropriate tools (JMeter or otherwise) for an AWS based environment where the products are developed in Ruby and Ruby on Rails
Collaborate with Infrastructure team to ensure that the appropriate perf test environment is provisioned
For each product/service, create performance and capacity certification metrics
Create a data set for purpose of perf testing and automate ingestion / clean up of perf test environment
Work hands-on as a performance test specialist to plan, execute tests
Automate the overall Performance Testing of each product/service and also overall performance test of the integrated systems footprint
Automate reporting of test results
Train members of the QA team at WeInvest to enable Performance Testing on an ongoing basis
