JOB DESCRIPTION
Minimum 3 + years work experience in handling billing and rate analysis in residential apartment and commercial projects .
. Recording of M-Books, based on periodical process, corelate with drawing based Bill of Quantity
· Monitoring progress, quality ,M- book , on a daily basis.
· Monitoring progress on site management.
· Labour and sub contractor record maintenance.
. Site Order book keeping and maintenances
Salary:- starts from ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month depend on experience
office located at ashok nagar main road - kodambakkam
working hours ;- 9.30 am to 6.15 pm
