The Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager coordinates, organizes, and oversees all activities involved in the
identification of new products, come up with innovative solutions, and disrupt the current procurement
cycle.
Job Description
Collaborate with concerned departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources
needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison and evaluation of factors affecting
the entire supply chain.
Focus on adapting new age trends. Propose products and equipment that are sustainable in
nature.
Maintain required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production.
Analyze current inventories and procedures; suggest improvements to increase efficiency of and
profitability for the company.
Develop policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and
safety; implement subsequent changes to processes.
Prices negotiation for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping
companies.
Look out for opportunities to showcase all the gift offerings in the exhibitions to gain market
presence.
Constantly develop the vendors to provide customized products.
Participate as an advisory member of the product development team in order to provide
information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials.
Forster team work in coordinating engineering / operational changes and new product launches
to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions.
Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery
requirements and verify the vendor credibility.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
