Job Description:
We are having an urgent requirement for the position ofPurchase Executive/Managerfor a Real Estate Developer at the Vashi location.
Job Description:
- Collecting PR from all sites on a daily basis.
- Collect the Quotation for the same from all the registered Vendors
- Making comparison statement for the same & negotiate with the Vendors
- Issue the Purchase order/Work Order to the Vendors or Suppliers along with Terms & Conditions
- Follow up with Vendors & site Supervisors for the Delivery of material on time on respective sites
- Verify all the challans received from the site on a Daily basis.
- Submission of Bills along with PR/PO/WO & Challans
- Checking of Purchase & Labour bills
