Job Responsibility:
· Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising campaigns and Sales
· Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for clients across multiple media - paid search, display, video, and social platforms.
· Manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization - including strategy, ad copywriting, data-based optimization, budget/billing management, and ad trafficking
· Troubleshoot, problem solve, and find creative solutions to client-specific needs
· Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives
· Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress
· Design, build and maintain our social media presence
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
· Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
· Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
· Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels Evaluate emerging technologies.
· Proven working experience in digital marketing (Min 6-7 years), and extensive experience in managing in-house digital Performance Marketing at Ed-Tech and eduction related companies is preferable.
· Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads
· Have a understanding of organic acquisition such as
· Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Experience in Lead Generation in must
· Experience of designing and delivery of SEO plans and strategies, for both product & content pages SEO specialist.
· Worked in Edtech (Preferred)
· Bachelor s degree in a quantitative discipline or graduate degree
· Overall Exp. 10 to 20 years.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
