We have an urgent opening with a leading Automobile (2 wheeler) company:
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing Performance Marketing strategies across various online channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Performance Marketing strategies across paid channels including:
- Social Media Advertising (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
- Over-the-Top (OTT) Advertising (Connected TV, Video on Demand)
- Affiliate Marketing
- Other digital platforms - Quora, Pinterest, Snapchat
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising (beyond Google Ads, Bing, Quora)
- Identify and implement new and emerging marketing channels that align with campaign goals.
- Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns using a data-driven approach.
- Develop and implement a marketing funnel strategy utilizing events, lead nurturing, email marketing, and retargeting tactics.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data, track interactions, and personalize marketing efforts.
- Integrate marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and trigger personalized communications.
- Leverage WhatsApp marketing tools (e.g., WhatsApp Business API) to engage with customers and drive conversions through targeted messaging.
- Possess strong understanding of organic channels and how they can complement paid marketing efforts.
- Conduct social listening using tools like Brandwatch or Sprout Social to track brand mentions, analyze customer sentiment, and identify trends.
- Monitor competitor performance across various channels, analyze their strategies, and develop competitive advantage.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in Performance Marketing, such as:
- The rise of cookieless tracking and alternative targeting methods
- The growing importance of privacy-focused marketing
- The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) in campaign optimization
- Analyze campaign performance across all channels, identify areas for improvement, and A/B test different strategies.
- Generate insightful dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) to ensure campaign alignment and success.
Tools & Technologies:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- Proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager)
- Knowledge of PPC management tools (e.g., Google Ads Editor)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, power BI)
- CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
- Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
- Social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprout Social)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably e-commerce or the automobile sector focusing on lead generation campaigns.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing Performance Marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with marketing attribution modelling.
- Experience with programmatic advertising.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
