Client Servicing Executive/ Project Management Executive
Job Brief:
As a Project Management Executive at Snapivite International (P) Ltd, you will be at the forefront of managing projects related to e-invitations and wedding gifting items. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering unique and memorable experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Create detailed plans for projects, including timelines and what resources we'll need.
Coordinate with internal teams, including designers and production, to ensure seamless project execution.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their vision, requirements, and preferences.
Communicate project updates, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with the creative team to translate client requirements into creative briefs for e-invitations and wedding gifting items.
Ensure that the creative output aligns with client expectations and project goals.
Efficiently allocate resources, including design teams and production staff, based on project requirements and timelines.
Anticipate and address potential resource constraints to ensure project deadlines are met.
Conduct regular reviews to maintain consistency and excellence in deliverables.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project status, timelines, and client communications.
Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in Project Management within the creative or events industry, preferably with a focus on weddings.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with design processes and the ability to convey creative concepts to clients.
Proficiency in Project Management tools and software.
