Reporting - DGM - Finance & Accounts
Qualification - B Com + Post Graduate /(M.Com / MBA ( Fin.) ) or CA/CMA Inter
Experience - 4 to 5 years
Key Deliverables :
1.Preparation of Budget for Plant for Revex , welfare etc .
2.Providing budget in WBS to Plants various Dept and control the same
3.Budget Vs Actual variance analysis all Items , Analysis of Previous Year /Period Vs Current Year /Period
4.Monitor & Control Plant conversion cost monthly basis
5.Preparing & Review of various MIS reports, /Analysis & Regular Scrutiny of P&L and Balance Sheet Items.
6.Drive cost optimisation initiatives along with Operations
7.General Expense Accounting / Bill booking, Payment & related audit and MIS activities
8.Ensure Timely Monthly Accounts closing and preparation and submission of Monthly /Quarterly closing formats
9.Ensure accurate expense provisions & Prepaid Expenses Adjustments
10.Scrap Disposal Accounting , control and customers reconciliation
11.Regular Monitoring of Capital work in Progress and ensure timely capitalisation of Fixed Assets and releasing monthly MIS of Fixed Assets
12.Preparing and review Fixed Assets Register and ensuring Physical verification of Fixed Assets as per requirement
13.Bank Reconciliation , ensure timely closure of bank open entries
