Purpose Statement
To have a Ownership for project (Managing, planning & tracking of the project activities) from initiation to completion and handover to the operations
Key Role & Responsibilities
Achieve project objectives by making strategic action plans, implementing procedure & policies aligned with quality, and safety standards
Pre-Plan the project activities to create a detailed action plan needed for successful completion of the project.
Determine and allocate resources (time, cost etc) as per scheduled activities required for project completion

Monitor & Ensure the progress of the project and manage changes to the project scope, schedule and cost as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
Conversant with SAP PS and SAP MM module
Identify the issues for any delay in project completion & resolve the same in coordination with functional heads & other concerned departments
Coordination with External Stakeholders i.e. DEC & Vendor to get the status of alloated PO and thier deliverable progress & delivery
Follow up for timely submission/approval of Basic Engineering & Detail Engineering deliverables
Ensure that team gets all the support required for their smooth functioning of project progress for successful completion of project & its objectives
Monitor & analyse the current project implementation procedure by relevant studies of activities done during detailing phase
Ensure the targets are achieved by working towards the set goals
Execute the entire project based on the activities done in planning & detailing phase
Follow up & Coordinate with Internal Stakeholder i.e. Procurement, Engineering, Construction, Technology etc to complete the work as per plan
Identify risk and ensure implementation of mitigation plan
Arrange the Governance meeting on weekly & monthly basis and followup to close the action point
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
Support in capex estimation for project approval
Ensure statutory compliance as per defined framework
Assist in procurement cycle viz. RFP, TQ, TBA, PR, PO, Quality Inspection & Delivery for Consultancy, Material Supply & services etc
