Job Description for Helpdesk position:
1) Good voice and non-voice Soft Skills required. Voice support experience with NA region is added advantage.
2) Technical Skills : Windows Operating System knowledge, AWS basics, Hands on experience on Windows Server Administration. Windows Active Directory knowledge.
3) Ticketing application experience, ServiceNow is added advantage.
4) Working in US Shift hours - 24/7
Work Scenarios : Being part of NA Insurance HelpDesk, job responsibilities would be to assist Research Requestors for Insurance Servers via Teams Chat/ AWS Connect Phones. Taking calls related to DXC Applications (AgencyLink/PointIn/AS400) for ID’s unlock/password resets through Phones/Emails/Teams.
