Address- Installation and trouble shooting of desktop, Laptop, printer, windows operating system, MS office, antivirus and other application software's.
- Preparation and reviews of standard operating operating procedures for IT department.
- Perform preventive maintenance for GxP system and repair task on computers, printers, laptops and any other computer equipment
- Perform internal Network/ LAN support, Troubleshooting internet problems.
- Desktop/Laptops, servers, standalone instruments, data backup/ restoration.
- Coordination with our regional offices, plants as required.
- Coordination with material suppliers, vendors, ISPs, for problem resolutions.
- Documentation and upgrading of SOPs and formats related to analytical instruments, change control, deviation, and preparation of CAPA.
- Daily periodic offline and online data backup and backup monitoring.
- Administration and user rights assignments in analytical instrument software.
- Documentation and updating of SOPs and formats related to analytical instruments, change-control and preparation of CAPA.
- Responsible for day to day activities in IT department.
- Responsible for assigning activities of HOD/Designee IT.
- Responsible for followed safety precautions and verify implementation of safety activities.
- Remote support to other locations whenever required.
- Visit to other locations whenever required.
