AddressWe are seeking a highly motivated Printing Industry experienced Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production within our Packaging, Hangtags, Printed Fabric & Thermal labels and sticker manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resources.
- Supervise and coordinate all production activities, including manufacturing, quality control, and inventory management.
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Evaluate equipment and technology needs, recommending upgrades or investments as necessary to improve efficiency and capacity.
- Train and develop production staff, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in printing technology or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment, with expertise in Packaging, Hangtags, Fabric labels, & sticker production.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to production challenges.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards for quality and safety.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
