Leadership Digital Insurance tech Product Owner role_Delhi NCR
Please note that we are looking for candidates with B.tech + MBA qualifications who must have developed digital products from scratch. Also building Digital startup/fintech experience along with Life insurance domain experience is a must.
We are hiring for a critical leadership role as Digital Insurance product officer/Leader with our well-known client for their spreading wings in the Insurance Tech business.
Requirements :
- Must have handled big teams for at least 5 years
- Internal & external stakeholder handling exp is must
- Techno-functional background (Understanding of how a solution would work and potential challenges/possibilities)
- Experience in Startup + Fintech + Life Insurance + Digital Product/Platform development is MUST
- Previous experience working in a Life Insurance and Fintech or Insurance Tech in the digital domain is a must.
- Ability to use any wireframing tools
- Ability to drive multiple teams (Engineering, Sales, Marketing & Customer Success) toward a common outcome
- Love for great products, designs, and user experiences and a deep desire to create the same
About the Role: Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Defining and aligning the product strategy with the overall business objectives. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to develop a long-term product vision.
- Product Development and Roadmap: The person will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to execution and release. Shall work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery while maintaining a clear product roadmap.
- User Experience and Design: Focus on creating exceptional user experiences based on deep user research and leading the design and user interface efforts. Deeply understand the problems, needs, and desires of customers.
- Product Performance Measurement: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance, customer satisfaction, and market success. Analyzing data and feedback to iterate and improve product offerings continually.
