We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with a strong background in the automotive industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in product management, preferably within the automotive sector, with a deep understanding of technology trends and the ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams including business and marketing.

- Technology Integration and Understanding: Stay updated on the latest technological advancements within the automotive industry, and effectively translate these insights into actionable strategies for product development.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Collaborate closely with business and marketing teams to understand customer requirements, pain points, and market trends. Utilize this understanding to identify opportunities for product enhancement or development.
- Product Strategy Development: Develop and refine product strategies based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives. Define product roadmaps that align with the company's overall goals and vision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and other relevant teams to drive product development initiatives. Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market gaps, emerging trends, and potential areas for product differentiation. Use this information to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. Define product requirements, prioritize feature development, and manage product releases to meet market demands and customer expectations.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators to track product success and identify areas for improvement. Continuously optimize product features and functionalities based on user feedback and market dynamics.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to internal stakeholders and external partners. Act as a subject matter expert for the product, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7-8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
