JD:
Product Strategy:
- Develop and execute the product strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals and vision
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor products, and opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features, functionality, and roadmap.
Product Development:
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Prioritize features based on market demands, customer feedback, and business objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, and marketing teams, to gather insights and feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure clear communication and understanding of product requirements.
User Experience:
- Champion user-centric design principles and ensure that the product meets the highest standards of usability and customer satisfaction
- Analyze user feedback, conduct usability testing, and iterate on the product based on findings.
Product Performance and Analytics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the product.
- Utilize analytics tools to track product performance, user engagement, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the healthcare or AI industry, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and improvements.
