This innovative platform aims to address the high collection and credit costs for banks while simultaneously reducing employee attrition and productivity loss for employers.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Co Branded Credit Cards and UPI products, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Create and manage a product roadmap that considers market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with external partners and co branding partners to develop mutually beneficial Credit Card programs.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process for co branded Credit Cards, from ideation to launch.
- Lead the development and enhancement of UPI products, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial services offerings.
- Stay abreast of UPI industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our UPI product line
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, competitive threats, and areas of improvement within the Co Branded Credit Cards and UPI product segments.
- Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure that all Co Branded Credit Cards and UPI products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements :
- Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on co branding Credit Cards and UPI products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing co-branded Credit Card programs.
- In-depth understanding of UPI technology, market trends, and regulatory landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
