Product Head, Mortgages with a Leading Private Bank

Job Description:
- Team Management: Handling a team of Product Managers
- Product Development: Developing new products as per the market requirement to boost business
- Pricing: Pricing strategy preparation keeping in mind the Roe requirement
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance to all regulatory guidelines as per the advisory received
- Regulatory Inspection: Handling all regulatory audit and inspection which happen at different intervals by RBI, NHB etc.
- Channel payout: Ensuring channel payouts are processed within timelines. Deriving quarterly channel payout strategy and R&R event
- MIS & Analytics: Ensuring timely publishing quarterly/weekly and daily MIS. Any analysis to boost business or stop leakage is also carried out.
- Customer Service/Escalations: Handling customer services and escalations for Mortgage. Part of the team developing NPS score for the Bank.
- Annual Budgeting & P&L: AOP preparation and monthly target/productivity rollout.
