Duties & responsibilities
Provide the support to leadership of Procurement in the corporate office & single point of contact for procurement in the specific city where he / she operates.
Participate in statutory compliance program for sub vendors across JLL for client in India.
In consultation and collaboration with city & engineering leads support the operations, performance and development of the sub-contractor service delivery across sites.
Ensure client satisfaction in collaboration with City & Engineering leads across India sites by providing a seamless interface into procurement. Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity.
Understand the Procurement Management scope for JLL for the client assigned and implement client specific processes and procedures in consultation with JLL Management and ensure compliance of the processes.
Support accomplishment of key performance indicators as identified by Account Head.
Ensure compliance with JLLclient minimum audit standards.
Develop and execute Strategies for improving TAT for SCM activities.
Share bench marks data & best practices with the assigned owners of JLL & client.
Receive requisition from internal stakeholders and initiate sourcing / bidding process for each requisition.
Adhere to India SCM Playbook guidelines for all sourcing activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for the vendor’s site visit (As required), validate & improvise SOW/BOQ and negotiate for final no regret quotes from vendors.
Accountable for all city specific procurement and deliverables.
Recommending final selected vendor for approvals from India Sourcing Lead and share with the stake holders for raising the PR.
Resolve any query raised by the stakeholders.
Manage assigned contracts (initiation, renewals and addendums, rate agreements & AMC) for activities including but not limited to initiating Negotiations of commercial terms. Liaison with JLL Legal for closure of red lining of non-commercial terms, validation and inclusion of SOW / Penalty / KPI / Rates etc. and execution of contracts from Vendor and JLL authorities.
Reporting data / status of assigned tasks including saving tracker on regular basis.
Lead value added activities e.g. Vendor Consolidation, Sourcing of new potential vendors, TAT Improvement, Soft Savings, etc. on quarterly basis
Contract Processing in Bravo from initiation to Final contract sign.
Support Quarterly Vendor Management Activities basis identified action plans.
Support resolution of vendor conflicts for deliveries, payments, amendments, if any.
Complete all assigned trainings in stipulated timelines
Support Supplier On boarding activities for providing the required documents for JD Edwards and Ariba as required.
Complete contract management responsibilities

Completion / collection of Due Diligence documents of vendor before finalization

Ensure compliance to policy & 100% compliance in terms of adherence to Risk compliance, process manuals etc.

Performance objectives
Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the procurement service delivery in India for client. Primarily all SCM activities for IFM / RES including but not limited to Strategic sourcing, Contract management, Vendor Management, Vendor Selection and recommendation of final values for Procurement. In this capacity, the Sourcing Manager is accountable for the achievement of the Sourcing Plan and all key performance indicators including responsibility for managing the procurement, Saving Targets, short-term regional projects, operations and maintenance, interface with city leads and engineering leads who manage direct interaction with client business units, coordination with other key internal stakeholders within client alliance partner organizations and customer satisfaction.

Employee Specification
- Degree qualified or background in facility Management and / or Construction, Engineering, Business, Commerce, Procurement.
- Minimum 8 Years of Experience in Indirect Sourcing
- Demonstrated track record in successfully managing multiple projects and delivering project objectives in a timely manner.
- Procurement experience in categories like Electrical, Mechanical Dry and Wet, Gasses & Chemicals, LSS, Plumbing, Hard Supplies / Spares, Landscaping, Housekeeping, Pest Control, Janitorial, Hardscape, Space, General & Hazardous Waste Management, Supplies / Spares, Shuttle/Transport, Food Services etc.
- Practical knowledge of facilities management, maintenance operations and engineering and risk management and capable of changing them to meet new and evolving needs will be highly regarded.
- Hands on experience on SCM ERP e.g. JD Edwards, ARIBA, BRAVO etc.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
