What would you do?

This position will be responsible for handling activities pertaining to Contract Drafting, Redlining, Negotiation and Execution. Performing On-going business as usual activities and Support the Key Businesses for any requests additionally received from time to time.

Create, Scan and Upload the Contract details accurately on Ariba.

Complete the Management Information System (MIS) / reporting requirements

Contract Compliance on Ariba and SAP.

Complete the mass edit activities on the contracting tool and extract any information from the contract as per the requirement.

Migrating the contracts manually on contracting tool if required

Managing Variations to a contract may pertain to:

Change to the Scope (positive or negative);

Change in method of execution of the Scope;

Change in resources or facilities required;

Rate revisions;

New rates agreed, not covered in the pricing schedules;

Extension of the duration of the contract;

Settlement of a claim arising from the contract, adjusting Scope or ACV;

Settlement of a Claim;

Change to the terms and conditions of the contract;

Enable contractual correspondence with suppliers during course of contract:

Letters relating to VOs, VORs and Claims;

Letters relating to disputes;

Notice to terminate;

Notices where the Contractor fails to meet contractual responsibilities or obligations;

Acknowledge of achievement of milestones; and

Suspension and Remobilisation Notices

Graduation / Post-Graduation with 8-10 years’ experience in procurement, contract data extraction, contract management in BPO/KPO/LPO/ Procurement Organizations

Good communication and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of latest Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Flexibility to work with different countries (time-zones), groups, and business environment

Paralegal certificate or law degree preferred

Proven ability to work independently and support the team on need basis

Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

Good client facing skills

Procurement experience and experience in contract extraction, contract management experience would be preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office tools and / or Project would be an advantage.

Good quantitative and analytical skills

Working knowledge of Ariba / SAP systems would be an advantage."
Roles and Responsibilities
"•
Draft Call off orders (Statement of works for MSA’s)

Act as an expert to handle any administrative activities related to contracting.

Act as a liaison between client stakeholder and GPO team to resolve any contracting query.

Facilitate contract compliances and ensure contract is up to date as per the requirements.

Facilitate any mass edit activities in the contracting tool as per the requirements basis the client’s policy.

Align closely with the sourcing and category management team to ensure timely renewals of supplier contracts, including updating legacy agreements to most recent client supplier terms.

Work closely with client information security and data protection teams to assess supplier risk and include necessary client information protection standards in the document drafts.

Enforce processes to effect compliance and management proactively by collaborating with the client and the Sourcing and Category management teams.(e.g. change order processes)

Work closely with client teams to support the signature process and uploading of signed contracts to client’s contract database.

Work closely with the client legal team, to ensure seamless contract formation and contract execution support is delivered to the organization"
