Process Associate

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to financial processes
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and processing tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the data analysis process
• Assist in the design and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and achieve team goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment is a plus
