Production Planning (PP)
Handle capacity planning and resource allocation.
Streamline order execution and shop floor control.
Strong experience on BOM probability
Strong experience on ECN or ECO process
Knowledge of -
MRP Configuration, RICEFW, LSMW, BAPI, BADI,
3Party Integration, MES, Idoc,
Plant rollout,
Order type configuration,
ECN Management,
Batch management,
Documentation : - BBP, FS and Testing
PP & QM configuration
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to ensure effective end-user adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues
Able to understand their production and quality management requirements and provide expert advice on best practices and solutions.
Quality Management (QM): -
Configure and maintain SAP QM modules to support quality control and assurance processes.
Develop and implement quality management strategies.
Establish quality control plans and inspection procedures.
Manage quality inspections, tests, and certifications.
