Lead Data Scientist

As a Lead Data Scientist you will take charge of developing and deploying ML/LLM-based models for our AI- Candidate matching, Chatbot and other products.
You will be responsible from model design to deployment, ensuring exceptional performance and precision at every stage.You will be responsible to manage and assess performance on a large scale.You will have experience utilizing industry-leading tools such as Langchain, LLamaIndex, LLama2, OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, and Iguazio.You will have experience in various NLP techniques including Fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).You will have experience developing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and Performing Entity Extraction and Generation.
You will working on project involved in:Building FAQ conversational agent,Fine-tuning open-source LLMs to build parsers for Resumes and Job Descriptions,Summarizing chat transcripts,Building RAG pipeline for search and retrievalPrompt Engineering for OpenAI, LLama2 and Anthropic models using Langchain
