Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position ofPersonal Assistant to Doctorfor a reputed client in the Healthcare Industry at the Navi Mumbai (Seawoods) location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting doctor in day-to-day appointment scheduling and coordination.
- Attending patient's call and understanding their queries
- Managing Doctor's calendar
- Attending patients in the clinic
- Guiding them to the doctor's cabin
- Source clinic supplies
- Produce reports.
- Devise and maintain clinic filing system.
Work Time - Flexible (11:am to 1:00 PM) & (4:00 PM to 8:00 PM)
Gender - Female
Candidates Profile:
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant/ Clinic Assistant
- Knowledge of clinic management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
