Responsibilities:
Collaborate effectively with investment advisors to gather data, insights, and stay informed on market trends and opportunities.
Analyse investment data and compile comprehensive reports to support informed investment decisions.
Prepare clear and detailed investment case presentations for internal stakeholders.
Manage the personal accounting tasks for the Director, including:
Fund flow management
Bank reconciliation
Liaising with bank investment advisors
Handling insurance matters
Maintaining a task list and ensuring timely completion of necessary actions
Ensure the strict confidentiality and security of all financial records.
Work collaboratively with the finance team to align investment strategies with the company's overall financial goals.
Provide periodic reports on investment performance and the Director's personal accounting status.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA in finance preferred.
Proven experience in investment analysis and Personal Finance management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
