- Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

- typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

- Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Should have a two wheeler
