Assistant General Manager (Sales) - FMCG / Personal Care / Cosmetics - Bengaluru - 12+ Years

Responsibilities:
- As an Assistant General Manager for FMCG Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. Your responsibilities will include:

Requirements :

- MBA/PGDM with a track record of delivering results over a period of 7 to 8 years.
- Proven Leadership: A track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving sales targets in the FMCG industry.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to create and execute effective sales plans.
- Customer Focus: Exceptional client relationship management and a customer-centric approach.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and using insights to drive sales strategies.
