Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments.
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications.
Organizing travel and itineraries.
Organizing and planning meetings.
Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings.
Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized.
Only Hubli-Dharwad people preferable.
1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant would be advantageous..
Salary as per market standards.
Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
