Job Description We, at Growthpep, are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to join our team on an immediate basis. This is a full-time role and is based out of Mumbai . (Candidates are also encouraged to apply for our role of “ Google Ads Associate ” if they are suitable for the role. The link for the same is as follows: Responsibilities & Skills Required 1. Planning and execution of campaigns on paid-media channel as per requirement of our clients 2. Post-campaign evaluation/reporting 3. Regular optimization of campaigns according to performance 4. Resolution of technical issues on channels handled 5. Planning and executing digital strategies of the respective brand 6. Data Analysis 7. Understanding of targeting & campaigns setup on Facebook & Google Ads Requirements 1. Candidates must have at least 1 year (up to 3 years) of core experience executing campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads (or) must have worked with a digital marketing agency in a similar role 2. They must have good working knowledge of E-commerce and/or D2C business models 3. They must be competent at reading and analyzing data on Google Analytics 4. We are looking for smart proactive individuals, who are also self-starters 5.
