Job Description:
Initially, it will be an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented and high-performance environment, which will give you an opportunity to learn and showcase your consulting & sales skills. Your role will start with contacting potential partners such as colleges, Institutes, institutions, Job oriented & skill development units, etc. to set up meetings and make them our partners to drive registration & enrolment for the course.
Touch a high volume of leads and generate a student database for current and future enrolments. Visit the assigned area and create awareness about Ecommersity through demos and distribution of marketing materials and via leveraging partner/channel partnernetwork.
- Generate high-quality leads in Urban, semi-urban, and rural areas and guide them to the Centralised/Partner Center Counsellor for further inquiry.
- Identify and develop Educational Institutes & Urban, Semi-Urban & Rural Network Partners. and enable them to deliver the Ecommersity message in their own areas.
- Knowledge of Strengths & USPs of the Colleges, Overview of Competitors, Curriculum details, Facilities of the Colleges, Admission Policies, Competitive advantage, Other collaborative ventures, etc. Drive Marketing and BusinessDevelopment for the assigned territory.
- To handle ATL , BTL , and Institutional Sales functions for the territory.
- To strengthen the company's reach in the assigned market via the implementation of marketing & promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development
- Promote Courses in the target market and generate revenue by conducting various activities, and events both online & offline, etc.
- To establish and maintain an Ecommercesity strong presence in target markets, including top schools, colleges, tuition centers, other educational centers, associations, clubs, industry associations, etc
- Build relations with various Student bodies including the student Union etc.
- Keeping Pinpoint Focused on performing marketing and sales activities in order to drive enrollment and generate revenue for the business Account mapping and identifying decision-makers.
- Promote the company's training programs and seek registrations/enrollments of potential students from Colleges, Educational institutes, Coaching Institutes, Vocational training Institutes, Job portals, etc.
- Drive high-quality pipelines and convert them into enrollments.
- Be able to deeply assess and understand customer needs and create customized solutions through an effectively articulated value proposition statement enabling customers' business improvement. Develop customized learning solutions as per the problem statement defined by the client - create compelling presentations.
- Conduct presentations to senior management at the client site and get them to agree to pitch our course to their students.
- Conduct multiple Negotiations with the spocs at client/Partners and ensure proper contracting & liaisoning And working close with the delivery team for seamless execution.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Establish a partner network in the education industry and build everlasting relationships.
